This is an excellent and late example of the P38a Range Rover in the best colour combination. It also benefits from the later 4.6Thor engine, and is the engine to have.

Both the most powerful and reliable. Both internally and externally the car is in clean and excellent condition and the paintwork maintains its original deep gloss appearance. When purchasing P38s there are numerous things to look out for. This Vogue SE has no overheating issues, no log book symbol on the HEVAC unit.

The heater core O rings do not leak and the air suspension works as Land Rover intended. The original radio and sat nav units work perfectly and no battery drain. The Sat Nav unit has the latest disc available installed. I have fixed the and replaced the heater matrix O rings - all P38s require this doing at some stage and it is a big job. The HEVAC screen has no faults and the a/c is gassed and works well, plus no issues at all with battery drain. A couple of points of note are that the screen wash sensor doesn't work and so it presents as low which you could fix, and I've bought the sensor to replace. Additionally the heated seats do not come on - a common fault due to the original design - Turner's in St. Again I haven't got round to getting this done however will do so if I keep the vehicle. The temperature dial on the HEVAC works though is loose and again might want to replace in time though works perfectly well. The Vogue was produced in limited numbers. If you are looking for a P38 to store away then this really will be a sound investment with this spec, mileage and recent time spent to upgrade and improve this fabulous car.

Bear in mind the car is 20 years old and so isn't completely perfect, and has the patina and imperfections of a car of this age, however it is in excellent mechanical condition and passed recent MOT with ease. Comes with one key and good service history, I've taken it through a full service since owning and have done 3000 miles in 18 months, given it a new set of winter tyres and changed the plenum filter which never gets done on these.
