This bundle includes our Powerspark 35D style distributor (Post 1976), fitted with a Powerspark (DAB118 equivalent) ignition module. Supplied with a matching high energy coil to suit (DLB198 equivalent).

And the 3 to 2 PIN linking lead for easy connection between the module and coil. This will ensure that your ignition system is fully upgraded to the latest Powerspark technology. This is suitable for later Rover V8s that use a female drive gear. Late Rover V8s are engines classed as post 1976.

As many engines have been swapped or have been converted to the later front cover, it is not always easy to identify whether a Rover V8 is early or late. This can be done from the engine number, so if you aren't sure, please give us a call. Powermax Red Rotor Arm - A moulded rotor arm unit designed to be stronger and more reliable than the original riveted unit. Riveted rotor arms are know to loosen and break apart over time - the Powermax moulded arm is a no compromise replacement. Powerspark Ignition Module - This distributor is fitted with a 3 PIN ignition module.
